Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery times
We ship from EU and China warehouses depending on the product. Estimated delivery times:
- Netherlands, Belgium, Germany: 7–15 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
- Rest of Europe: 10–20 business days

Shipping costs
- Free shipping on all orders — no minimum required

Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your order at any time using the link provided.

Delays
