NOVU Returns & Refund Policy

30-day return policy
We offer a full 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to start a return
Email us at support@novustore.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you by email. If approved your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Damaged or wrong items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement at no cost.

Non-returnable items
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Items returned after 30 days
